For any of us to communicate with another person, we must get our message across through one of their five senses. Advertisers, of course, know this. At times the sense of smell is used. You walk by a bakery and decide to stop in and find out what smells so good. The taste test is used for soda drinks or pizza ads. Pictures of food appeal to previous memories of its good taste. Touch is the main seller when people are buying a mattress. Consumers want to lie on it to find out if lying on it would be restful for eight straight hours.
Of the five senses, sight takes first place as most important. Researches discovered that 80% of what we learn is received through our eyes. Most of the rest comes through our ears. This means that radio ads must get the consumer to recall a vision, smell, feeling, or taste of the product through audio alone.
Since 80% of what we learn enters our eyes, that means advertisers are smart to center their ads around this gate to the will. If they can appeal by way of sound also, this is even better. Printed ads can be read multiple times and by multiple people. They can last longer and thus potentially influence more people than sound ads alone.
Advertisement using the sight will include either words or pictures or both. Words are rather abstract for the letters represent a reality. The word ‘car’ stands for a vehicle of transportation. Words can also represent products. For example, slogans identify products. One of the must successful was, “Where’s the beef?” as part of a Wendy’s ad. This one phrase sold millions of hamburgers and put the company in the limelight.
It is rarely how many words are used but which words that is important in an ad. People are usually too busy to read a long message and it is more expensive anyway. The message must be catchy yet have content. This balance is hard to achieve.
Sometimes humor is just the ingredient needed to make an ad unique. It generally makes an ad easier to remember. Alaska airlines’ ads did an excellent of portraying their qualities through exaggerating the competition’s weaknesses. Their humorous ads won many awards and kept people watching.
Sometimes the ad is so brief that it only reminds consumers of facts they already know. The colors of Pepsi alone will sell the product. A motto or logo or symbol without words will associate their need with the company’s product. In other words, the picture is all the ad needed.
So, we see that the use of visual and audio, of effective words, and of humor make an ad memorable. This takes time and creativity to achieve. Once this is in hand, the advertiser must choose where he will publish this written message. One creative approach is to fly the ad on a banner over a large group of people. Banner ads have been shown to be effective in taking a message to the public in a memorable way. When you consider that the drone of the plane engine adds an audio attention getter, you understand that this method incorporates both sight and sound to effectively drive the message home.
Once you have followed these principles, it is time to get in touch with an aerial advertising company and get it printed and into the air. It won’t take long before your well planned message will be read by thousands and the result in sales will follow.

Success on the Internet and traffic go hand in hand. For your Web site, blog, e-mail or advertisement to generate any response or activity, people need to see it.
To paraphrase a philosophical question, if you build the world’s best Web site and nobody sees it, is it really there? You can go to the URL and see it to verify it’s there. But the information you published is not getting out if you’re the only one doing that.
As a reader of this search engines marketing article, you likely have an interest in learning how to increase your Internet audience. You may be asking, how do they know? For one, it’s no accident that you found this article. People like you who have an interest in this topic are finding it because it has been crafted, optimized and engineered to show up where you are looking. This practice is commonly known as search engine optimization, or SEO. It is performed on articles, Web pages and Web sites. This article is the first in a series which will shed some light on SEO, which can be a do-it-yourself project, depending on your level of knowledge and expertise.
This series of articles will cover the numerous facets of search engine optimization, and when we’re done, we’ll package them together for you in a step-by-step guide. We invite you to bookmark this site and follow this series in the coming days and weeks.
To start the series, we’ll cover the process needed to craft search engines marketing articles:
Determine the “keyword phrase” for which you want to optimize the article. As people seek information on the Internet, the keyword phrase is the word or words that people will be using for their search. The exact keyword phrase should appear in the article at least once for every 100 words. Don’t make the mistake of thinking it has to appear exactly in the position of every 100th word. This article is optimized for the keyword phrase “search engines marketing,” and therefore the phrase appears at least six times in this article because the article has more than 500 words. A ratio of at least 1 percent, or one keyword phrase for every 100 words, is important. The 1 percent is a key measurement in the algorithms search engines use to determine the worthiness of an article to be ranked highly.
Recommendation: Use the word count tool on your word processor to accurately count the number of words in your article. When done, check the number of words. More than 500 words are in this article. The number of keyword occurrences must be one more than the number of hundred words (in this case, “5″). So, we made sure there were at least six instances of the phrase search engines marketing (including the title). It wouldn’t hurt to have one or two more, because it’s much better to have one or two more than needed than it is to have one or two less.
In the next search engines marketing article (a bonus keyword phrase occurrence), we’ll examine the importance of using hyperlinks within the article to SEO other Web sites that are important to you.

Many people want to get into marketing Clickbank products (in particular diet products) because of how much money you can make doing it. Unfortunatly many people get started with AdWords marketing and find themselves losing a lot more money than they are making. While Pay Per Click can work very well, there’s big learning curve and a huge amount of competition. Plus you have to spend a lot of money during your trial & error days figuring out what works and what doesn’t work. If you don’t have a lot of money to blow while trying to make money then you should probably try something else and the something else that I recommend is article marketing.
Article marketing is great for marketers with more time than money because that’s exactly what it takes. You can build a long term income stream by building a landing page like this one: “Day Off Diet Review By The Diet Detective” which promotes a high pay out high conversion Clickbank product like the one being promoted on that landing page.
I recommend using a variety of article distribution services combined with the use of EZineArticles. It’s important to know which article marketing services work and which ones are a waste of time and money.. A good submission service will actually save you a huge amount of time and will greatly leverage your efforts for far better results so they are recommended. Go to this web site for information on the services that you should be using.
As far as choosing a Clickbank product to promote, I recommend avoiding fad products (like Water4Gas) and make money online products (the fact is most people in this market will just buy the product with their own Clickbank ID for a built-in discount.) Instead I recommend spending your time in the diet market for the best long term results. There will always be people looking to lose weight who are looking for a new diet plan to try. This market is going nowhere fast! Don’t invest your valuable time and energy into promoting something that will likely not be making you any money in the future, you should instead spend your time promoting an “ever green” product that can make you money forever.
Making a living online is not a mirage. Many internet marketers are making it happen. And during the Bush Recession many more will be getting into the action. That’s why it’s important to get started right now as you do not want to be way behind from the beginning.

You need to optimize your landing page in order to pre-sell your affiliate product and increase your sales. Therefore, it’s important to keep note of your landing page’s design and look. Your landing page must not have anything that will distract your visitors, while they are reading your content. You must lead them to do one thing only and that is to click on your affiliate link. Below are some guidelines that you can use to fully optimize and improve your landing page.

Relevant Content
In order to increase your click through rate, your landing page’s content must be relevant to your keyword, product and audiences. Relevant content increases clicks and sales, which leads to more commissions for you. Make sure that your landing page promotes product related to your content and nothing else. If your affiliate product is baby care lotion, then “baby care tips” or “caring for baby skin” must be the content on your webpages. In a technology page, selling a health product is certainly out of the question.
Be Specific
Clarity is important because no visitor wants to guess what your landing page is all about. If your visitor has to guess what your landing page is all about, then you have not optimized your page fully. Always keeps your content clear and direct. People leaves your site immediately when they don’t know what it is all about.
Strong Headlines Are Important
The headline is the most important aspect of your landing page. It can either attracts or repels your visitors. Your headline must capture the emotions of your readers in order to get them to read further. Keep the headlines simple and clear, and always focus on the benefits.
Talks About Benefits
Talking about the benefits of your product is an important factor to successful landing page optimization. First, you need to highlight the major benefits. Write them in such a way that they appeals to the readers’ emotions, such as how their lives will improve when they start using the product. Your readers are more likely to purchase from you, when they knows what they are getting.
You must not confuse the between benefits and features, as they are two different things. Features are about what the product does and benefits are the things that your client gets when he use your product. Focus on the benefits more than features because they will improve your sales conversion far better than features.
Have Clean and Professional Website
A sloppy website will not look good and will not gain trust from visitors. Your visitors are more likely to trust you and buy from you, if your website looks professional. Here is a basic guide to making your website look professional:
- Fonts must be Verdana and Arial, and sizes from 10 to 14
- Keep your background bright and text dark
- Keep the most 3 columns in your web page
- All links must be in standard blue text
- Your landing page must contain the images of the product that you are promoting
- Thoroughly edit the page’s content for any grammatical or spelling errors
On the internet, 90% of the affiliate landing pages are not optimized properly. This is why they can’t make a sale online. And then they think that affiliate marketing is a scam, so they quit and go do something else. Don’t let this stop you. Just follow these methods above, optimize your landing page and increase of your conversion rate.

Public Relations is a practice that has not attracted a favourable reputation in the past. Because crisis communication is one of the main areas that public relations works in, the business is perceived to be a cover for dodgy dealing and unlawful business. However, a good public relations company can increase a company’s profits, build trust with the organisation’s publics and publicise the services or products that the business is selling.
Many people view public relations as an arm of advertising. But whereas advertisers pay for publicity in the media, public relations does not pay for media coverage. Public relations relies on gaining endorsements from third party organisations. Press releases, appearances on television shows, and speaking at conferences are some of the ways in which public relations gets their organisation exposure. Media relations is one of many sectors in which public relations is used by companies.
Possibly the most important sector of public relations is investor relations. Managing the relationship between the company and the people who invest financially in it is vital to maintain the company’s image and financial security. The investor relations branch of the company handle inquiries from investors and shareholders, liaise with the department responsible for legal and regulatory matters which concern shareholders and have a hand in crisis communication.
Labour relations are important so that a company’s directors and the general staff remain on good working terms. The labour relations team will work with trade unions and other official labour representatives to prevent strikes, working disputes and to prevent bad publicity from these type of actions.
Public relations advises companies to build trust with their publics through acts of good will and philanthropy. Doing charity work or sponsoring development in the company’s surrounding community builds trust with potential customers whilst holding fun events and handing out bonuses and awards work well for labour and investor relations.
